Golfers are particularly welcomed and often join up with other guests on one of our spectacular local golf courses – Kelvin Heights, Millbrook, The Hills and Jacks Point being special favourites.

Festivals and Events

Queenstown has a range of festivals.
The Summerdaze Festival runs through January and includes many family and cultural events.
The Winter Festival usually runs in June/July and includes a wide range of entertainment and activities for all age groups.
Gay Ski week is another winter highlight and attracts people from all over the world.
In October it’s the Queenstown Jazzfest and the whole town is filled with the sounds of jazz and blues bands, often performing free outdoors and in our cafes.

Skiing and Snowboarding

Ski or snowboard at Coronet Peak or The Remarkables, Cardrona or Treble Cone or give Heli-Skiing a try.

Ski transport is 250m from Apres Ski Apartments and Boutique Lodge. Our resident Ski expert can give advice on equipment hire, daily transport and snow conditions.
